Not really made for larger vehicles but people were parking there anyway.
Wanted to use the charger but was unable to add payment information. Support queue by phone was 9 callers deep, waited over 10 minutes and only moved up 2 places.
Beware! ⚠️ It says 75 minutes free... It was 75 minutes exactly. Tried to call for assistance, and no one answered. The absolute worst parking experience of my entire life. Extremely disappointed. It is false advertising and I'm sad they stole my money. You cannot say 75 minutes for free and then charge at 75 minutes... Do not recommend.
Amazing views 🤩
The layout of this parking garage is infuriatingly inefficient. It gets easily backed up with cars entering/leaving. The capacity is low, with no indication available of whether it is full or not.
Easy convenient
They should have a meter that tells you if there's any space available and not just open. Access is VERY NARROW and some people will hop out of the car and run to an empty spot in front of you to hold it until their driver pulls ahead. No proper exit route, you're literally pulling a U and praying. Not worth it, go elsewhere.
Good parking lot, but it is quite tight so I would not recommend parking here if you have a large vehicle like a pickup truck or SUV.
Conveniently located by state street. The lot stall is smaller in size but I was able to park the Ford F150. The first 75 minutes is free. 4$ for additional hours.
They let you in when there are no spots left
Restaurantji Recommends
good location for parking for restaurants, beach, Moxi museum, etc. 75 mins free and $3 per hour thereafter. Cheap enough for me. I didn't think the spots were tight for a med-size SUV. It is a bit dark.
My wife and I spent the day in Santa Barbara. We went to the Helena bakery, which is close by. As for the parking lot, the ramp to the upper level is quite narrow, and the parking spaces are mostly marked as compact. The remaining spaces don't state compact, but pretty much are. If you have a larger vehicle or a vehicle you don't want dents in, you may want to look elsewhere.
Conveniently located, reasonably priced
Mostly empty! First 75 mins free and then $2.5 an hour. Everywhere else on the beach it's 90 min free and $2 an hour. But this was nice and secure, not crowded, close to beach and downtown so serves the purpose
Decent price, but not a lot of spots.
