I had out of town guests and we enjoyed the food and service. The volume being seated near the bar made it difficult to have a pleasant conversation. I would return, but perhaps not on a Saturday night and request to be seated away from the bar.
I've never had bad experience at Black Sheep. I highly recommend the chef's course. It's 9 courses, always changing, and they can accommodate meat and non meat eaters in the same group. Reasonably priced for a top notch experience.
As usual we had a wonderful dinner (chicken and beef ribs) with the happy hour prix fixe. We also ordered a hamachi appetizer that was beyond words! Ruben treated us like family and this has to be one of the best restaurants in town. Not to be missed!
