Very friendly and open staff here; you'd never guess or feel like you're in Monticeto among the wealthy elites (which you are).The folks at Caffe Luxxe are so down to earth they even make friendly suggestions, since I'm no coffee connoisseur.And their Caffe Nico latte distinguishes them from other coffee shops, in Santa Barbara. This drink doesn't disappoint!
Lovely coffee shop on Coastal Road in Montecito!The owners and staff here are so sweet. I came back on multiple occasions throughout the summer and was always greeted with pleasant interaction and positive energy. The flat white I had here was one of the best I’ve ever had - complicated flavors with distinction in both profile and aftertaste. Yet, to be perfectly honest, the Americanos and Cold Brew I had were alright - not my favorite or a standout, with a weirdly bitter aftertaste...
Had a couple latte’s, an americano, and olive-oil cake/muffin. The muffin was delicious. The coffee drinks were very good but small and pricey. Staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Many other choices on CVR like Honor Market, Jeannines with great staff and similar items unless you’re at the shops and need a coffee.
