I went during burrito week when they offered a vegan falafel burrito. The falafel had a nice texture, and the fresh lettuce and tomatoes made it well balanced. It came with several sauces, the main flavor though was garlic. So it was a nice meal, but the usual dishes seem expensive for what they are (maybe I am biased coming from Europe where this cuisine is available in wide variety as fast food).
Continuing my burrito week adventures, this was my pick of the day because their burrito on offer is vegan. I think it is usually called the falafel wrap, and it was good. I got it to take away and they used my tupperware, though the sauces came in separate plastic. The red sauce was particularly good and spicy. Their prices are usually too expensive, which is why I went during burrito week where all of the burritos around town are $9.
We had a great time here. It's a little jewel in Santa Barbara. Honestly the town is kind of dead on a Weds evening but this place was open and Diego was super cool to hang out with at the bar.
