Very tasty! The key to success is fresh seafood. The tuna and salmon poke was beyond praise. I also really liked the breaded shrimp, especially the coconut notes in the taste. The wine was just very simple...

Fresh ingredients make for great fish tacos and Poke bowls. Pictured is the Swordfish tacos. Fantastic seasoning and swordfish flavor. One of the best meals of our trip.

What a great find during our recent trip to SB! This place is just of the beaten path of Lower State Street, but ABSOLUTELY worth the slight detour. The food is FRESH - probably the best Poke Bowl I've ever had, and their Fish Tacos live up to the hype and awards!Parking: Just like all of Lower State Street, parking isn't easy - but it's not super difficult either if you use a nearby city lot. Most are free for the first 75 minutes and just minutes away.

We split tacos and a fishwich...they were both excellent. Good quality fish. Well fried. Tasty batter. And plenty of nice hot fries. And for SB seafood, the prices were pretty good. It was not super busy when we visited so the food came out fast. It is nice little restaurant that also sells fresh fish. The dining area is pretty basic. Perfect for a working lunch. There is a lot of good seafood in SB. We will return.

Fresh seafood. We got a cut of Ono blackened and Tuna Poke Bowl. Both were delicious. The fresh oysters are also a great deal! Will come back for sure.

I started doing reviews in 2020 to help restaurants. I rarely give anything but 5 stars. It hurts me to do anything less. But, this time I have to let you know. I am a big Calamari and Oyster fan. I've eaten them all over SB. I'm sad to say, this was sad. The Calamari was the greasiest I've ever had. I think the oil was old. It was ?. The oysters were ok. We got the standard and premiem; $33 total for a dozen. 6 of our oysters were the size of a quarter/dime; no joke. The premium were ok. $78 for 2 appetizers and 2 beers is UNACCEPTABLE. I will never return. The staff was rude, complacent and didn't want to please anyone. One ? is probably more accurate.

The poke bowl was good but heavy on the salt

They sell Sashimi/sushi grade fish, so you can take it home and cook it yourself. They are very nice people they always answer all my questions.

Went here near closing time, coming back from a day trip to Solvang. The wife had it saved in her Maps and now we know the reason for it. If I'm ever in the area again, I will be stopping by here for sure. They specialize in seafood so I got the Tuna Poke, the wife got the salmon burger and we shared a clam chowder to go. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful I wish we had more time to eat there and try more dishes. They also have a fish mart that shows where the fish were caught which is awesome. They have a rotating menu so I'd like to come by and try different menu options. The Salmon Wellington looked interesting. Overall a great seafood restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian friendlyParking: Not too many spots but they close the latest so there should be spots available after the other stores in the plaza closeWheelchair accessibility: From the parking lot to the store it's not too difficult for ADA personnel

Seafood is the thing here! Quaint little market on Chapala St. Parking is scarce and seating is either outside or there are a few inside seats. Our orders were A Fishwich Sandwich a Cup of Clam Chowder & 2 Fish Tacos! One person behind the register is also the runner of the food! Unfortunately she has to stay on top of the orders to be delivered to the tables because the setup people are not the brightest shining stars! We had to go back in check on the orders and I saw ours sitting there and she asked the setup guy where was 11 he said he was working on it and 17 all it need was chips Clam Chowder must've been sitting awhile and was cold took it back got another bowl real quick that was steaming! The fresh fish is delicious! I guess the service is what it is especially around lunch time!2.5 to 3 stars tops for this visit!

Quick service, food was average for the price. Jerk tacos were good, the shrimp pasta was mediocre. Nothing special overall, was really hoping for more based on other reviews. People were friendly.

Bright, fresh, e komo mai. Great Poke but my favorite is to ask them to cut a piece of there fresh fish and grill it. Tried the trumpeter from NZ today. It was delicious

Excellent food, they will even prepare at small extra cost fish you can buy from the shop if you don't fancy anything from the menu.
