I've been here a couple of times, and the food is fairly good! Definitely satisfies the craving of pho if you're from OC and missing the authentic Vietnamese food. I only give it 4 stars because I didn't care for the broth as much, but overall a good place to go to!
I was craving pho, and we found Saigon while in town for the weekend. Interestingly, this Vietnamese restaurant is merged with Sachi, a Japanese ramen spot, so while I got the rare beef pho, my partner opted for the chicken ramen.My rare beef pho was decent: portions were huge and I appreciated tons of rice noodles inside. It's santa barbara, so it's gonna cost a lot. i spent almost 15 dollars for a simple pho and soft drink combo meal, perhaps it wasn't priced together.the service is tight, they look at your every fifteen minutes or so asking if you want something. which is... well.... alright.whatever. try it for yourself, maybe they just had an off night.
