I was running errands downtown today, and wanted to hydrate--came across this place. As I was waiting for a juice smoothie (blueberry, tumeric, coconut, chia seeds--delicious), the sweet owner Ollie gave me some warm elixir to drink on the house, as he could hear that I was a bit congested from the smoke from the Cave Fire. It was amazing--within a minute I could feel my lungs just...relax. And my heart just calm. It's called "Replenish" and they sell it in powder form, which I got and have been sharing throughout the day. If you need a cup of kind, calming, healthiness--head here! Highly recommend, thanks Ollie!

This place is like your healthy version of chipotle and chicken kitchen together. And you can definitely taste the difference. The ingredients are fresh and filling. Good spot to order from for work lunch.

I decided to pop in while taking a walk in my neighborhood. There were two people behind the counter; neither one acknowledged me. I stood looking at their $40.00 mushroom elixirs for at least 10 minutes. NO ONE came to welcome or assist me. Thinking maybe by chance they didn't see me, I walked over to the counter and stood right in front of the man behind the counter. He glanced up from his phone and without a greeting or even a smile he went back to staring at his phone. Well sir, if your still staring at your phone, you might see this and realize you just lost a customer and have probably lost many with this lack of customer service.
I love this place. I love the staff and I love the offerings here. The coffee is perfect for me and I tried raw chocolate today for the first time. I stop by each time I'm in town.

I love this place! The drinks and herbs are super unique and healthful. Every time I come to Kotuku, I leave feeling better than when I went in. Tara is super helpful and friendly. Honestly, one of my favorite parts of going! Thanks Kotuku!

Love this spot! True elixirs that will always turn my entire day around. I can chat with Olly about what I'm feeling, and he's super knowledgeable about adaptogens and herbs that can help me in that moment. Whether my asthma is acting up, I'm feeling anxious, coming down with some crud, or I'm too tired to keep my head up, I leave this place feeling rejuvenated. Lots of samples and some CBD to boot. Adorable little dog make an appearance here too. Love seeing the local business support so many local businesses too. You're sure to get a good deal here - it's cheaper to get powders, tinctures, and other treats here than online. I really trust Olly and this business. Such a treat to have a place like this in SB! Connected to a really great yoga studio too if you're looking for even more bliss!
