La Tapatia Bakery offers delicious homemade Mexican cuisine, including an amazing menudo with a thick broth, flavorful quesadillas with fresh and soft homemade tortillas, and a variety of pan dulce (sweet bread) and great Mexican bread. The restaurant provides good customer service from cool staff, but the restroom location near the kitchen can be inconvenient. They also serve great tamales, including annual Christmas eve pork tamales. Overall, it is a recommended authentic Mexican food destination, although the small seating area can get hot and it's mostly used for to-go orders.
