Very disappointed. Came here for an iced americano and I asked before ordering if the small size has 2 shots of espresso, barista said “yes”.Yet the small size iced americano was too watery, almost transparent and didn’t have any coffee flavor. Asked for light ice and they put no ice.

I like Lighthouse coffee but at the Chapala location it consistently takes 20-30min for them to bring out a PLAIN BAGEL toasted with a side of cream cheese. Ridiculous. At the location on the Mesa you can just get it instantly and toast it yourself.

I really appreciate the quality of the coffee, the ambiance, and the friendly customer service at this shop. However, during my recent visit, I had to wait 15 minutes for my coffee because the barista was engaged in a conversation that interrupted the flow of service. While I understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment, it would be great if the staff could focus on fulfilling orders more efficiently, especially during busy times. I believe a little more attentiveness would enhance the overall experience for everyone.

I found my favorite coffee place in Santa Barbara! Coffee is strong, well prepared and served beautifully. Avocado toast is wonderful, they use real bread! There is a parking lot there, I did not have any issues finding parking. I will be back
