I decided to try,one morning, their miso-maple focaccia and since then I am hooked! It won me over instantly! Moist, flavorful without being over the top, just perfect balance. I can never resist marzipan so I had a frosnapper! Once again delighted with it! Let’s just say it didn’t make it home. I also love their pumpkin seeds sourdough bread, moist, full of seeds, excellent! Highly recommend.

This visit was unique in that this bakery is known for their emphasis on quality ingredients and traditional recipes. The Rosemary Focaccia paired well with the Truffle Cashew Cream Cheese and the Hygge Bun was a sweet blend of dates, walnuts and cinnamon. Every item would be perfect with a morning coffee. 10/10 recommend!!

I bought an almond bread. The bread was delicious but on the second bite, I bitten a date seed that almost broke my tooth. That could have been very dangerous as I have weak teeth. I have sent the photo to them, no answer.

This is one of my favorite bakeries. Every time I'm in Santa Barbara I make sure to stop by and get a loaf of the Charcoal Sesame loaf and a sourdough loaf. I'll usually get either the sage garlic or the shitake shallot. They are all excellent. They've been doing daily focaccias too, and they're just as good. The service is always great, the vibe is chill, and the line moves quick. They sell out though, so get there early!

Unique European bakery. Very cute and tiny. There seems to be a line all the time. We bought a cinnamon bun a breadstick that looks like a pretzel filled with marzipan and a seed cookie which we haven't tried yet. We had the cinnamon bun today and also the pretzel looking bread filled with marzipan and it was delicious. Super fresh and tasty. I've never had anything like this. In fact I prefer this over a donut or the pastries I recently had at Alessia Bakery which is my favorite bakery in Santa Barbara. I would like to come here every morning during my vacation in Santa Barbara this week. It's probably the most special thing I've had. Highly recommended. We enjoyed it with some coffee and berries at our rental home.

As a bread enthusiast, I love this place. The sage garlic loaf was so delicious I ate the whole thing in one sitting. Decent price for fancy bread (~$7-13), very tasty. Bit of a longer line, maybe 15-20 minute wait at 11:30
Hygge bun and frøsnapper were delicious and not too sweet. Underwhelmed by the date almond bread — it included whole dates and almonds which didn’t provide great texture or flavor.Prices aren’t listed, so either ask or be surprised when your order rings up.

Whenever I'm on a road trip I look for bakeries to see if I can find a gem. Theses days they're few and far between. The Oak Bakery is top notch. I purchased several of their offerings and brought them home to share. Everyone including myself LOVED them. If you're like me and love quality fresh bread do yourself a favor and check them out you won't be disappointed.
