This visit was unique in that this bakery is known for their emphasis on quality ingredients and traditional recipes. The Rosemary Focaccia paired well with the Truffle Cashew Cream Cheese and the Hygge Bun was a sweet blend of dates, walnuts and cinnamon. Every item would be perfect with a morning coffee. 10/10 recommend!!
This is one of my favorite bakeries. Every time I'm in Santa Barbara I make sure to stop by and get a loaf of the Charcoal Sesame loaf and a sourdough loaf. I'll usually get either the sage garlic or the shitake shallot. They are all excellent. They've been doing daily focaccias too, and they're just as good. The service is always great, the vibe is chill, and the line moves quick. They sell out though, so get there early!

I decided to try,one morning, their miso-maple focaccia and since then I am hooked! It won me over instantly! Moist, flavorful without being over the top, just perfect balance. I can never resist marzipan so I had a frosnapper! Once again delighted with it! Let’s just say it didn’t make it home. I also love their pumpkin seeds sourdough bread, moist, full of seeds, excellent! Highly recommend.
