A little late on the review, but I live Pearl Social. We came for the Miracle in the Funk Zone, but it's great all year round. The drinks are a little expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. It's a cozy, beautiful spot!

We were a group of 7 ladies that came here twice in one night back in September- before dinner for a cocktail, went to dinner, then ended up coming back for a post dinner drink because we loved this place so much. We all loved our drinks, service was super friendly and had great recommendations for different preferences. Each craft cocktail was beautiful and felt special. Space felt like industrial luxe. We did not try any food here so I cannot comment on that. Great for a girls night out but I also want to bring my husband here.

Pearl Social is a worthy little bar that deserves your patronage. We tried it during the holidays when it was decked out with holiday decorations. It was very fun. The season drinks were tasty and interesting. And the food like the cheese ball were all good too. The prices are just about what you'd expect to pay in the so-called Funk Zone. we will revisit PS in 2024 to try it again.

Was beautifully decorated and drinks were amazing, staff went above and beyond and you really felt the Christmas cheer! ❤️?BUT there were a ton of children here, which I thought was … odd. There was at least ten children all under the age of 13/14 that was just a first for me going to a bar lolBUT if you have children its family friendly with changing table (even in the men’s so take a break mom) so that could be a plus for you idk

We've been here twice this holiday season for the Miracle Pop-up Bar and both visits were a bit of a let down compared to last year.First visit, we had a reservation for 6 people and ended up having to wait about 30 minutes to sit down. Standing in the cold wasn't fun. The service was great but the drinks tasted really off, especially the Yippee Ki Yay. Almost undrinkable.Second visit, we were sat right away, put in some drinks and ordered the cheese ball with olive oil lavash. The drinks were good but the cheese ball came with Ritz Crackers instead of the olive oil lavash. Not too spectacular.Maybe they were off nights but to sub in Ritz crackers for olive oil lavash is very un-Acme of them haha. We'll see you next year!

Decorations are amazing, drinks were great, service not so much. We ordered a snack that we never received...maybe she forgot? Since you are limited to an hour and a half during their pop-up Miracle Bar, we only had time to order 2 drinks. We would've had more if they came around more often. It was busy... but not overly busy....there were open tables. Overall, I wasn't that impressed.

The Miracle decor and vibe are holiday magic. The drinks were pretty good if not particularly strong. The glassware was very fun. The service was good until the near end of our allotted time. At that point, we couldn't get another drink or the check and were stuck hanging which lessened the experience. Go if you like the holiday vibe and understand that service can lag at times.

My friends and I drove from Ventura to experience the ambience, food and drinks at Pearl Social in Santa Barbara. My friend made the reservation for the three of us. She collected $5 from each of us that was required to guarantee our reservation? What is that all about? We got there right on time and were immediately seated, which was great. Especially since the restaurant was packed.Everything was amazingly beautiful. The Christmas decor was beyond anything you've ever seen. That being said, the service was absolutely miserable. We were seated and given two sheets of paper. One was a list of the pricey Christmas cocktails they were making at that time. The other paper was a list of the special glasses you could purchase to have the cocktails served in. You then had the pleasure of taking the Christmas tchotchke home. Oh boy.So we waited as servers passed us by time and time again. I finally asked a server if we could have some help. Her reply was that we just needed to wait because they were short handed. So we waited some more. Now going on 40 minutes and once again I flagged down a server dressed as an elf who told me, as he flew by, that we'd just have to wait our turn!He returned in about 5 minutes and asked us what he could get for us. We told him we wanted to know if they served anything other than alcohol. He said, of course, didn't you get a menu? No, we did not.He went away and returned with another paper that passed for the menu. Basically they only served several sweet appetizers (candy type choices) along with hot chocolate for a non alcoholic drink. When the waiter returned we asked if they actually served real food? We told him our friend had asked them specifically if they served food. They said yes. We would have been okay with several appetizers if they hadn't all been candy. When he asked us again what we wanted we told him we wanted " real food ". He said they would begin serving some more substantial appetizers at 6pm. It was currently 4pm!We did see a private party eating pizza and some charcuterie type food when we came in but apparently it wasn't available to us at that time.We decided to leave without ordering anything. But in all fairness the elf server did bring us a carafe of warm tap water and three glasses when he brought the real menu.We went elsewhere and had a very nice meal with some non alcoholic drinks that we preferred.I would have had an alcoholic drink if they weren't all candy flavored and $15 each. The Christmas decorations were beautiful but that was about the only thing this place had going for it.And one more thing. The parking was nearly impossible.

Pearl Social is a go-to for evening and weekend fun drinks and atmosphere. Great vibe. And the location is key. That hasn't changed with their current "Miracle" holiday special and decor. What has changed is the affect of the team and the lack of emotion and hospitality/service extended. Hopefully we caught it at a bad time this week. This is my third year attending and their third year providing holiday cheer. Unfortunately, the cheer was lacking. It lacked in how we were treated and how we were billed. This was not our experience previously.Perhaps the blonde team member serving children at your designated family hours could be scheduled to serve a different shift if she dislikes children. Or adult tables, maybe. I understand staffing is hard and people can have bad days. She answered our questions knowledgeably but coldly. It's a holiday venue...for goodness sake. It's clear on social media that there's a $5 reservation charge per person that is NOT deducted from your bill. We understood that, appreciated the transparency, and did not make a reservation. The problem was that we were charged $5/person even though we did NOT make an advance reservation. Our bill said $5 reservation fee per person but we had no reservation. Where is that fee in writing? No one could find it. $20 for kids to sit at a high cocktail table. This review stems from disappointment of a bait and switch. Please share all your charges upfront.

I loved Miracle Pop Up at Pearl Social. I have never had the chance to make a reservation to come here during this particular time of year until yesterday. The popcorn and molasses cookie were very good. I ordered the krumpus and the naught shot and both of these were very good. The ambiance is very well decorated with Xmas decorations. There is mugs, tops, and sweatshirts for sale. I bought a top because it was very cute and comfortable. Make sure you wear Xmas colored clothing or an ugly Xmas sweater for cute pictures.

We went to Pearl Social on Friday night for their Miracle pop up. I've been to a few Miracles at different bars across the country, and I have to say the decorations at Pearl Social were the best I've ever seen. It was all in the details! The cocktails and naughty/nice shots were delicious and it was so fun to order a few and be able to try a bunch of different kinds. They're served in fun glasses which are available for purchase. Service was a little slow, but this is a popular event and they were busy, so I think it is to be expected. Make a reservation!

Cannot and would not recommend this place. It was our wedding weekend and we were supposed to meet our friends at this bar. We were stopped by a random person as soon as we walked it. She was extremely rude and judgmental. She told us right away not to go in and that we were in the wrong place. We tried to explain we were meeting friends there but she told us to stop. She called a man over and he also told us we couldn't go in. Both were extremely rude and almost ruined our wedding weekend. There are a lot of other options around and we ended up going to a place across the street which was a really fun place. Avoid this bar like the plague, do not let them ruin your night.
