My wife had the tonkotsu ramen which came with a healthy dose of pork shoulder meat which was very tender, seasoned egg, the noodles were firm and had texture when you bit into them and the broth was very tasty. We also had sushi - we tried the catepillar (eel) and the Dragon (shrimp twmpura with avocado!“
