“Delicious spicy miso ramen broth, but unappealing mushy noodles!

Fried tofu was very good. Chicken was oddly boiled and arranged to look like a lot of meat but it was only 3 thin cross section slices of chicken breast. Noodles were so mushy, it was not enjoyable to eat. Service was excellent - very friendly and attentive.“

“Silverlake Ramen has easily become one of my go-to spots after a long day at work. I usually order the ramen with a side of gyoza, and it never disappoints. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are always cooked perfectly, and the gyoza comes out hot and crispy every time. There’s just something super comforting about this place that keeps me coming back. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently amazing.
