The food is very good at Chad's and on a nice sunny day you can sit outside and it's almost as if you're eating right on the beach. I did give Chad's 4 stars for the atmosphere because they are always so busy and the parking lot is small. Chad's is well worth the wait and if you have to park a short distance from the restaurant the walk is right along a beautiful Santa Barbara Beach.

Experienced Chad's in Santa Barbara this week. What a great restaurant. Great food, great service, plenty of on-sight parking , great ocean front place to enjoy a meal. I had eggs Benedict and was very happy with the flavor, price and atmosphere. Highly recommend Chad's! ?

Solid food, friendly cute waitresses and good service overall. The breakfast burrito was satisfying and on the larger side of the spectrum.
My gripe was with the pricing and the fact that the real prices were about 50% more than advertised on their “Google Menu” I’m aware they are “not in control “ of that but I’m confident with a simple request that would take someone about an hour’s time to correct. It’s an obvious fortune for you but people should be aware of it. For example in the good menu the breakfast burrito ? is $16 and in the restaurant it’s $24

It took very long to get a server to order. The bagel was really good.
The cream cheese bagel was good and tasty but the French toast was honestly so bad!!! The service was okay and view was very good.

The “Same thing” Guy
This restaurant is okay and very popular. Keep in mind that you have to wait a long line usually if you want to eat in the morning. The French toast is terrible but others was mostly good. Do not get the French toast it was the worst and was extremely sweet. The service wasn’t the best but the atmosphere was good located across a road from the beach.
As someone who works in the service industry it pains me to write this review. Came in on a pretty slow Monday, was seated first but served last. Took about 20 minutes to even put in a drink order, which we ordered from the busboy, not our server. Asked for water 3 separate times and each time the server came back out to the patio, she did not respond and ignored our request. Never received said water. Got up to use the restroom and while in line watched 3 other servers including ours just hanging about, chatting, and ignoring nearly everyone in the restaurant. Terrible service, please do better.

Never given water though asked 3x. 20 minutes for drinks. 40 minutes for food. It was Monday at 10:30am so a medium-sized crowd of people. We were a table of 2 and it may as well have been as if we were a table of 15 on a Friday night. Save your coins. Save your appetite. Eat somewhere else.
