Wonderful experience from the moment we were greeted at the entrance all the way through the evening. Wait staff were friendly and professional. The food was excellent! Highly recommend!

The pasta is outstanding, and the stuffed green olives with blue cheese and deep fried are so delicious. The black squid ink seafood pasta and the hamachi white fish appetizer are repeatedly enjoyed, with the hamachi being very fresh and bright. The tuna cones are also great. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, making it a favorite for locals and tourists alike. While parking can be somewhat difficult, it is a beautiful walk to the restaurant. Guests have praised the attentive service, with many noting that everything on the menu is top-notch, including the fantastic desserts. The sea bass special has also received high marks, with some saying it could be a meal on its own. Overall, Toma is a beloved spot for anyone visiting Santa Barbara.
