“Great spot for low-key locals.“

“First time here and spent a lovely rainy evening here with John and Ian who were tending the bar. First and foremost, the drinks are creative and SO well made; even a classic like the paloma was such a joy to drink. We also got a few round of their oysters which were pretty much perfect. The the ambiance and atmosphere fit the vibe 100%Check this place out, super good for a chill evening out. ?“

“Outstanding Caesar salad, pizza Margherita and one on the best ever spaghetti pomodoro I have ever experienced. Reasonable prices with exception of the wine. It seems like most restaurants have decided to begin charging $16 for a glass of wine & $14/$16 for dessert. Where has this come from? L'Antica da Michelle in Santa Barbara has come close to their original location of over 150 years in Napoli! Save the wine. Luke was an excellent waiter, efficient and personable.“

“This place is on W micheltorena near super cucas. Really cool spot. Strongggg drinks, so be careful. They have a pool table which is nice and the bartender is friendly. Great place to hang out with friends. Check them out next time you're on the west side.

“This is a little slice of heaven. What a nifty joint. A little swanky spot with yummy hand crafted cocktails. Such a great atmosphere. Get here early though. The place tends to fill up. Another great feature is that it connects to the wildcat around back. So you can always start your evening here and then transition to the kitty later. Really enjoy their drinks in this cool retro-like place.

Parking: take an uber or lyft. cops are just waiting to get you here on ortega.“

“I love the Crocodile Restaurant!! I found this place last year when I was asked to perform for a birthday there. I knew it would be the right atmosphere for my vocal entertainment. I'm there every THURSDAY & FRIDAY night! (5:30-7:30) I sing mostly romantic songs but change it up for the kids to enjoy the fun of live music. I love taking requests to make the evening what the guests want it to be. The extensive food menu as well as the variety on the song menu make this restaurant a really cool place.“

“I literally cant say enough about this place..... The bartenders were super nice, the atmosphere has a great vibe and the karaoke was awesome fun! The DJ was organized, he interacted with the crowd and was super friendly. Not to mention the patrons were all so nice... everybody claps and cheers for you, if I lived there I would be there every week, for sure! Cant wait to go back!“

“I celebrated my 21st birthday at Backstage and had an amazing experience. The drinks are great, the service is friendly, and there is a massive selection of beverages to choose from. If you can't decide the bartender can mix something up just for you.

The atmosphere is unique with three floors and a mechanical bull, and best of all, the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained.

“This is a pretty decent dive bar located on the 1200 block of state. The drinks are good and the bartenders are friendly. Its a nice place to hang out. They also have a pool table which is great. Last time I was here was had drinks and then got take out from the BBQ place next door while we were waiting for a sunken gardens movie to start, I think that place went out of business though.

Parking: Plenty of parking. If you can't find street parking, find a paid lot.“
