What a beautiful discovery in Santa Barbara, The Cruisery offered great service, waitress was a great resource in laying our food with greet cocktails! The ambience is perfect for today’s food culture-foodies! Stop by try the grilled filet tacos and drunk pig —all shareable and get the crack fries! Absolutely perfection! Oh, and they have a section to choose a game to play when you need to take a break from your device and enjoy playing with friends!

Wanted to leave a lovely review, our hotel recommended us to visit this restaurant when we checked in to Riviera hotel, she was right, you guys are so amazing with pets, they felt so loved and comfortable, lovely treat for them too. Food was amazing, drinks, atmosphere everything was excellent. Too bad you guys were closed Monday Tuesday because we were at the door was second dinner following day. Thank you for hospitality!!!

Owner Aaron was rude and unprofessional. My pregnant girlfriend felt nauseous and he still refused to let her in with her drink. Terrible attitude, zero customer care. He should stay in the back and hire someone who knows how to treat people with respect. Would never come here again.

To owners response-

Your explanation avoids the real issue. We were profiled before any conversation took place. You made assumptions about us based on how we looked, not our actions. No one in our group was drunk or causing a problem. We were treated differently than other guests who walked in without being questioned. You used the “alcohol policy” as an excuse to justify unfair treatment. That’s not keeping your space safe, that’s discrimination.

Dark bar with a good lowkey vibe. A lot of the other spots had more of a club feel. We just wanted dinner so we came in. Ordered a bunch of different appetizers and entrees and shared them around. Everything we tried was really good! The mixed drinks pack a big punch. And a bunch of good gluten free options. Great place!

Absolutely love this spot! The cocktails are expertly crafted and delicious, and the bartenders are clearly passionate about what they do. The best part is how genuinely dog-friendly they are, making it the perfect place to unwind with my furry best friend by my side. A fantastic vibe all around!

Such a fun and lively spot with great food and a dog friendly vibe. Kind and attentive service and staffing. They even have a large stack of dog beds up borrow from if your pup needs a soft spot while you have a drink.

We visited this restaurant on 08/31/2025 and had a very disappointing experience. Last year, on the same date, we had a wonderful lunch here, which is why we decided to come back this year. Unfortunately, the service we received was unacceptable.

There were three of us, and we came on bicycles. The host clearly showed displeasure about the bikes, even though we set them aside. Then he asked us to come back to him “without bicycles” so he could see us properly, which felt unnecessary and rude. Finally, he refused to seat us outside, saying the only free tables were for larger groups, and therefore not available for us.

Even more shocking was that he refused a family with a stroller and a baby right before us. Does this mean parents have to get rid of their baby just to have a meal here?

This kind of attitude toward guests is unacceptable. I strongly urge the management to take action, because such behavior damages the restaurant’s reputation and drives loyal customers away.

Good burger, but the salad is not enough as a meal and misses something like carbs to make it a balanced meal.

This restaurant was one of the most pleasant dining experiences me and my family had had.First off, the atmosphere of the whole restaurant was incredible and the food matched that! They are extremely welcoming to dogs! So much so that they have a dog menu - SO CUTE! The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10!!!

We arrived and placed our order with the waiter, then waited patiently for about 45 minutes—only to realize they had completely forgotten about it. No updates, no food, and no apology until we followed up ourselves.

Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially when we were just trying to enjoy our time. Definitely expected better service.

Good potential but what a disappointment. Got seated on a low lounge table outside, when we asked to move to high table when multiple of them became available we we're met with huffing and puffing like we were the biggest pain the host ever had.

Ordered three steaks and one salad along with a starter for the 4 of us. Got the steaks served first, few minutes later the starter and salad came. Sent 2 of the steaks that we ordered medium rare and rare back, got 2 new steaks served after about 15min and yet again we were served a cold, dry and a well done steak. Salad and starter lacked a lot of love too. Dont know if we were unlucky that day but felt like most of the staff and I guess the chef aswell didn't want to be there.
