I’m giving one star because they don’t have charging ports in this store which is highly inconvenient and gives off the buy something and get out vibe..likely won’t return to this location.

Guys you cannot NOT have Earl Grey tea on a Sunday morning !!!!

with so many locally owned, locally roasted options, seems like a waste to drink corporate coffee… think global, spend local ?

This Starbucks is ass. They were unable to get my order right multiple times and just honestly sucked. Don't go to this one tbh

Curly haired guy was wiping his nose and sneezed while talking my order. I was the ONLY customer in the store when I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. About 15 other people came in and he took their orders while NOT making my sandwich. I finally stood in line and, with one person in front of me, he finally made it. Over 20 minutes it took. I told him I was the only person in the store when I ordered and he said well I had to help people. So he took everyone else's order instead of making my sandwich. The woman that was in front of me, who I sat down next to, said "when you were walking away he (the barista) said 'You're not that important.'" I seriously feel like deleting my app and switching to Peet's or a local place.

Guy with dark curly hair & glasses making the drinks is a horrible communicator and was a total jerk when asking a simple question. He thinks his sarcastic way of speaking is okay to do. Do you know that you guys are busy? I know that the restaurant staff is full of hard-working people. I also know that after working in this business, my entire life, I never talk to people the way he did. He needs to find a new career path. All the other employees were extremely nThe female red head trainer and the young red head trainee were very kind and patient. Sad that the rude employee has to ruin it for everyone.

OK store. This Starbucks is my neighborhood store so I'm there often as a mobile order customer. Overall, inconsistent. Sometimes, drinks are awesome and made to standard (I'm a former Starbucks partner, so I know). Sometimes, they're not. Sometimes my order is ready when I get there, sometimes it's not. I've noticed the store is generally under staffed and there seems to be a bit of turnover. There's two baristas there with colored hair and their drinks are always great! I wish the mobiles would just be put out to grab so I don't have to wait for the barista to hand it out. This is how Starbucks used to do it. Not a big deal when it's slow, but when crowded you can wait a long time for a mobile that was already made. Most of all, they need to fix their door. When you are exiting, the door makes you pull inward instead of pushing out. Which is so, so inconvenient when you have a bunch of things in your hand. This location does a fine job with my drink often enough that I keep returning. But overall, I think the store has room for improvement.

You ask for fresh, hot coffee, but they still give you the old coffee that has been brewed a long time ago.If you ask you for heavy cream in your coffee, they try to charge you extra. This is not an extra charge. Other Starbucks do not charge for heavy cream in your coffee. This location has slow service and poor customer service. The district manager needs to pay attention to this locationThe Starbucks further down, Lower State Street, is much better.
