This is definitely a “local neighborhood” Starbucks, serving the Mesa. While this is not the most fancy Starbucks out there, I appreciate that the store is always clean and the service is always excellent. They always get my order correct, and I never have to wait longer than expected regardless of how busy it is. Of course, it’s Starbucks so taste and quality are consistent with other locations.Parking: Free parking lot for shopping center patrons. Can be busy but you can usually find a spot pretty easily.
The employee ringing me recommended sweet foam on top of the pink drink and it made the drink even better for me.

Very kind staff who are passionate in what they do, lovely air conditioning (can get a bit cold), accompanied with a nice clean environment to do work in. Recently went around closing to finish up some work and felt so at home the employees even offered a free snack.

this location is dope. people complain so much about "waiting too long for my coffee" when it's a morning rush like DUH it's gonna take a bit if it's a rush. Also, THEYRE HUMAN, PEOPLE MESS UP, DONT BE RUDE IF ONE OF THEM MESSES UP YOUR OH SO PRECIOUS COMPLICATED DRINK. and if you go in there and say you're "in a hurry" and there's a line...it's your fault you're gonna be late because YOU decided to go to starbucks if you're "late" or "in a hurry". don't bring $100 bills, its a coffee shop, not a bank. and bruh, don't complain on here about "store atmosphere@ YOU ARE JUST HERE FOR A DRINK, ITS NOT A HOTEL. employees who are working here, keep doing what you're doing, y'all are doing great :)
my boyfriend went in and he ordered my drink. it was an iced chai with nonfat milk and cinnamon powder, shaken. I myself, work at starbucks at a camarillo location. they gave him attitude and was making snarky comments about the drink because it was "complicated". they also charged him for a tall water. waters are free and i can understand why you would charge for a water, like if there was a case if someone ordered multiple, but he just ordered a venti chai. i think it's unreasonable to treat someone like that as well as make them pay extra just because their drink was complicated. i make this chai at work all the time and it's really not complicated. i think the chai is the easiest drink to make. especially an iced chai. i know the reviews that people put down effect the partner connections, but i just think it was super unnecessary and unprofessional, and so i have to write this feedback.

I enjoy stopping in for a frozen coffee drink!

Jose and Natasha rose to my challenge of surprising me with two drinks, no restrictions. These guys had a blast doing it and were great to have as a part of my morning!

The staff are nice, but they NEVER have enough staff on hand. NEVER. They are always super backed up and only 2-3 people to handle it all. On top of that, they are constantly having machines break. Whoever manages this store needs to seriously get replaced with someone better.
