The Test Pilot in Santa Barbara is a cool and mellow bar with a great atmosphere. The bartenders are attentive and creative, understanding flavor profiles and making great recommendations. The drinks, like the ube pina colada, Purple Mai Tai, Ken-Tiki Kentucky, and Oaxan Dead, are amazing and made from scratch, never too sweet. The small space offers seating inside and outside.
