The service and ambience was very good. The food was okay. The chicken sandwich was good but not wowing. We ordered the lemon ricotta cake which was described as light but the cake was so dense it almost took a knife to cut it. They were very understanding when we reported it and offered us a different dessert pan a cotta which was good. It's the food menu and food quality that got them 3 stars instead of 5, the atmosphere is great, service good, but limited hours for certain food items and the rest are mediocre items, Burger tastes like your less than average homemade one.
The service was poor, our server was rude and inattentive, my drink arrived nearly two hours later as we were leaving, and our food order was incorrect. To make matters worse, I discovered my designer limited-edition bag charm was missing immediately after we left. We had only walked out for a short period of time to watch the fireworks.
