All I can say is yummy! Sure it's not a top of the line chain store but it sure does hit the spot when you're looking for a quick treat!

Went to order to see the older gentleman just standing in the back on his cell phone.. didnt even bother to put even the slightest effort into making it apparent he would be there in a moment or that i even exsisted so i just left... if your going to be unavailable atleast.make yourself hidden so your not blatantly ignoring people

I think Wetzel's pump out savory, buttery smells because every time I walk by, I get an uncontrollable urge to pig out. After months of practicing self control, I finally caved and ordered a Wetzle's pretzel wrapped hot dog. The food was about 4 hours old; hard, stale, and unlike the smells pumped out at passerby's. The positive is, it's highly efficient and ready to grab on the go, but the negative is, you are eating something similar to gas station food that's been sitting under hot lamps for hours. I wished my teeth sunk into a soft, buttery, cloud like pretzel. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. They need to work on providing fresh batches around noontime!

I think they put crack in their pretzels because they are so addictive!

I do enjoy the original pretzel. Waited in a long line because of Fiesta weekend. When I got my Pretzel it was hot and good but I also ordered a Cherry Boba FROZEN lemonade ($5.49). It was an impulse buy because the poster looked so good and it was hot. The item I received was not like the giant poster of layered Frozen lemonade, Boba, and “real fruit” cherry on top. Boba was a much smaller amount. Lemonade was NOT FROZEN. I showed the counter guy then girl and basically she checked the machine and said it was fine. It was not. It was the consistency of cold regular lemonade. Obviously the machine was not keeping up with demand or it was broken. No apologies, no offer of replacement or refund. Asian husband and wife owners in the background. Never broke a smile. Sad. I worked in fast food in my early years and always loved making the customers happy. A busy day is much better than a slow day so enjoy the day or your local customers will never return. Reading the other reviews I see there is continuing problem. Yes, I love the pretzel and until yesterday could say I had normal service but when put to the test (there was a problem) they failed.

Wow. This is by far the worst location by far. 0 stars if I could. I got the Cini Bitz and they lacked cinnamon and were completely dry. I ate 2 and walked back into the store to let them know how awful they were. They shouldn't be giving the old dried out pretzels. The lady at the front didn't seem to care as expected. I just left them on the counter. Thanks for wasting my $6

Owner is ghetto, the bill was $6.07, i gave him $6 and snatched another dollar out of my hand as i was reaching for 7 cents from my pocket.. don't grab money from the customer, wait until they give to you.

The service was slow and the prices are comparable to other pretzel chains like Auntie Anne's. However, if you do have major food allergies like my friend who is allergic to dairy, I would steer clear because they seem to use the same pans to make every batch. Side note their dough is vegan just ask for it without the butter!
