Good beer pretty cheap

Had such a great time here!! Visiting from Vegas, so I know a good live music bar when I come across one. We ended up staying here the whole night, until closing. Good beers, AWESOME rock music, and friendly vibes all around. Has a dive-bar feel, with some pool tables at the front, a jukebox, and good security. Loved it here!

The music was great, the bartender was awesome, and everyone was friendly!

Brendo was the best bartender I’ve ever met in my entire life. He was so sweet and knew exactly what kind of drink I wanted by minimal description. I promise if you are here on a night that brendo is here you will be taken care of forever .

Mattie was tending the bar the night I was there to play pool as part of league night. She was very good with the customers. A delightful young woman and very professional.
The pool tables need to be leveled and cleaned. I don’t frequent bars except for playing league nights. Overall Whiskey Richard’s is a solid B in my opinion.

Was kicked out for leaving a small tip on two 8 dollar modelos, not sure how I feel about this. Up to you if you want to spend money here

Best bar in Santa Barbara. Hands down.

An amazing place to go listen to live music, sing karaoke. And test out your talents at their open mic night. They even have pool tables which is how i started going to the bar. Everyone from the security guards (all of them) bartenders (all of them) the GM and even the owners are the most righteous group of people I have ever met. They treat me like family and make me feel special everytime i walk into the bar. In my opinion this is the best bar here in Santa Barbara. You never have to deal any drama because they don't tolerate any drama. If you are looking for a chill spot to go have fun,play some pool or just make new friends Whiskey Richard's is the bar for you!!!! Thank you guys for being as amazing as you all are!! Mel

This bar has the friendliest staff. Always welcoming, and the service is great. The people that attend this bar are always friendly. We celebrated my sister’s birthday there recently, and we had an awesome time. They have two pool tables that are in awesome condition for those serious pool players. And if whiskey is your drink of choice, then this is the place to be. I’d like to thank the staff and the many friends and family who attended, for making my sister Melody”s birthday a success. I very much appreciate you all.

Whiskey Richards is a fantastic spot with a cool vibe that appeals to all generations. The live music is consistently great, offering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

However, the volume can be overwhelming at times. Even with ear plugs, I often leave with my ears still ringing. If you're sensitive to loud music, it's something to consider, but overall it's a great venue for live entertainment.
