Permanently closed :( The place was packed with people everytime we went, and the food and service and staff were all awesome. This was our favorite Indian restaurant in the Bay area over the last decade. The other branches don't quite get to the same experience.
Appam was good. The egg curry was ok. Three boiled eggs. The veg korma with the appam was just so so. Not at all delicious.
Filter coffee is good. They can make it strong too.

Aapakadai is our favorite restaurant for the taste. We regularly go to sunnyvale. We are new to santa clara. Today we tasted π food. Delicious and mouth watering. Really nice. Ambience also good and spacious when compared to sunnyvale. However, its getting renovated. Hope it will be open soon.
