About B N Chicken

B N Chicken is a cozy restaurant known for its delicious chicken ginseng soup, which is a comforting and refreshing dish. Customers are greeted warmly upon arrival and seated immediately. The chicken soup, served with a whole spring chicken filled with sticky rice and jujubes, is perfect for sharing. While the chicken can be slightly dry, the flavorful broth is light and soothing, with a hint of ginseng, making it ideal for a sick day or when comfort food is needed. The eatery also offers a side of clear noodles, which have a nice chewy texture and are served in a bowl of broth.

Specializing in chicken soup, B N Chicken may not cater to vegetarians, but meat-lovers will enjoy the tender, soft texture of the chicken. The remodeled interior reflects a thriving business, which is unsurprising given the quality of the food and the friendly service. Dishes like the black garlic samgyetang and the perilla seed samgyetang have received praise for their tender meat and comforting flavors. Accompaniments like kimchi and radish kimchi add to the meal's enjoyment. In summary, B N Chicken offers a delightful chicken ginseng soup experience, perfect for warming up on a cold day or satisfying cravings for comforting Korean food.

We rarely give five-star reviews, but during this trip we discovered a true hidden gem. The ginseng chicken soup was incredibly rich and flavorful, the seafood was fresh (not frozen), and the noodles paired perfectly with the broth. We especially appreciated the care and attention the chefs put into preparing the seafood. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town. I hope my feedback helps bring them even more customers in the future.

From the moment you walk in, you know this place is legit because it’s filled with people speaking Korean. For many people, that would be enough to give it a try.
