Generous portion and generous ingredients on the Silence Roll. This roll has shrimp tempura and creamy imitation crab inside. Topped with LOTS of little scallops (I appreciate the amount of scallops on this roll). Also, covered with sweet brown sauce, spicy creamy mayo sauce, green onions and fish roe. Ordered the Red Dragon Roll at the Spicy Fest. It was basically a California roll with a little bit of fried stuff on top and a fried shrimp running through it. It was their dish for Spicy Fest, and it was not spicy at all. Everything else tasted fine in it. It was delivered fast, and it was a food truck, so that was the ambiance.

I’ve loved this spot for a while, but recently the quality has gone down. They’re giving lower quality soy sauce, the rice was mushy, and they spilled teriyaki sauce into the rice in the bento box. I’ll come back when they make things better, i hope they go back to their old ways, when they made everything just right. So i hope they take this as constructive criticism.
