Is it because the staff are all new? The lackluster service made the coffee taste less enjoyable.
3rd time trying to get coffee here, no one is there, they should hire more people, they don’t have decaffeinated coffee as well.
Walked up to order in the morning well after opening, no one in line. 2 workers at the counter. One was standing doing nothing and the other was working one of the machines. I was told to wait a moment. I waited for what felt like 5 minutes, and was essentially ignored. So I walked to Starbucks. You should do the same.
