Wow! You only have the option to order off your phone and are given a specific wait time. For frozen meals and cafeteria style food that should only take putting in a microwave and (for any idiot) not more than 10 minutes to prepare, I thought 23 minutes was a little steep to wait. Luckily, they were an hour and a half backed up and the food is probably mid. Still waiting as I type this out, having ordered two items chili fries & chicken tenders a while ago, and I probably should just leave but their prices have already made me waste my money. And time. And money. Not even nobu makes you wait an hour for two items. And I've been. If you like food that takes just about as long to come out as it takes to digest it, please come here.

Don’t eat here!!! I waited for my cheeseburger combo for over 30 minutes. I stand up to talk to the cashier - black guy (3x) before I got my order. Worst customer service ever!!! The black guy (cashier) didn’t even apologized at all!

Wouldn’t waste your time and especially your money. This restaurant definitely isn’t worth $19.00 a meal! Food was not good at all. Burgers had no flavor, fries sucked and the milk shakes weren’t any better! $120 for four people and it was terrible

This place is so BUNS. Me and my hg have been waiting for like a hour and it STILL hasnt come out. I'm not a cook but come on how long does it take to make a milkshake, cheese fries, and a strawberry shortcake 😔 . It's also stupidly expensive. Ts place was the worse part of our great America trip 👎👎👎👎👎

You can tell that the food is fake, the milkshakes were probably made with “milk” and some sort of powder. Milkshake came without cherry or whipped cream. Overpriced too but that’s expected at a theme park. Good atmosphere however
