Amazing experience!•This marks the fourth time I have been here since their opening and they have yet to disappoint. I love their small combo and I always get their seafood pancake.•Service was perfect. We had Dane as our server this time and he was great. The meat was well cooked and he was always attentive with our needs.•The restaurant itself is big but it can get quite busy, especially the weekends. However, there are reservations but I came in thirty minutes early prior to when I wanted to eat for the waitlist instead. Other than that, the vibes are nice and everything is well decorated!

Terrible experience. The three of us went to eat, and then I had a drink in my hand. We walked up from downstairs and met many waiters. No one told us that we could not bring drinks in, and there were no signs saying that we could not bring drinks. Then a few minutes after we sat down, a waiter named Ethan came over and told us that drinks are not allowed. My friends and I only heard him say that he would to take it away and put it in the freezer. So we let him take it away, and we didn't realize that the milk tea had been thrown away until we paid. The waiter's attitude throughout the whole process was very bad. Our drinks were thrown away without telling us. This will be my first and last time here, and the experience is extremely poor.

Overall quality is not the best, but this place is a bargain relative to other restaurants in this area. The floor was sticky and slippery at the same time. It felt like we were walking over a coat of grease. That's definitely not a great first impression. The service was ok; not great, not horrible. The marinated pork was way too salty, and the pork belly was more chewy than I expected. The beef short rib and brisket were good. But overall I was shocked by the relatively low cost. The price/performance ratio was outstanding

Busy place as South CA. Good selections of Korean BBQ. Reasonable price but the meat quality isn’t good. Lunch box is interesting. Mix with anchovy, kimchi and egg which was good. Small dishes and salad were good too. Table service is nice so we don’t overcook the meat. Hope they can improve the meat quality here.

Service was great our waiter was super friendly. Food felt a little unclean, stomach was no good that night. The pans ready for new customers are stacked on the floor. Plastic wrapping was found in one of our side dishes. Maybe I might have swallowed some plastic?

Had two great experiences here so far.Baekjeong is great for family lunch/dinners and dates. The high price is validated by the high quality meats and impeccable service. Our server was Kim and even though she was busy, she was able to attend to our requests and was timely in cooking our food.As someone who is not used to having someone else cook for korean bbq, Baekjeong is a great place to try one in a while for special occasions.

Baekjeong San JoseAnother day full of meat and fun.I want to have Korean BBQ for dinner on the weekend. It’s at a nearby mall, but would it be too much if we leave at 3pm? No, because it is always full, and the early dinner departure at 3 o'clock is just right. As expected, you only need to wait for 30 minutes to get in.I ordered a combo and added soup and glass noodles. It was full of meat and absolutely satiating. The appetizers (eating several rounds), cheese corn, and omelettes are all delicious. Beef brisket, short ribs, pork belly, and pork steak are all available in turn. The waiter is also very kind and responsible for the grilled pork steak, wrapped in rice paper and Xinqi. They were all delicious, and I swallowed all the protein I had for 2 days in a row. When I was full, it was already dinner time. Seeing the crowd of diners waiting outside, having dinner early was indeed the right decision.

Not sure what it is but for some reason the food wasn't as good as it was compared to the LA restaurant

I read all the bad reviews, looks like people have mixed opinions. The taste is like LA’s but the service was good yet not great. Over all I would come back for sure. Love sitting next to the large

Best Korean BBQ Experience In Nor-Cal. The staff here was down to earth and really friendly. The waiters are also cooking your meats for you while you sit back and watch while having a lovely drink. Huge fan of the corn with cheese. Ambiance was upbeat and fun for groups!

Really applaud for the details at every corners. It’s a pleasant walk through a glimpse of grand Korean traditional decorations from the entrance to our table. All the servers were friendly and attentive. Our server took pride in grilling meats the right way. Tons of selections for everyone at the table. It’s a restaurant to visit at least once if you are in town.
