We booked this for an important family dinner that I really needed to get right, and the venue absolutely came through for me. Baekjeong came out swinging and didn't miss. The meats were top-tier, cooked perfectly, and packed with enough flavor to make the side dishes nervous.
The real MVP was Jacob. His timing, attention to detail, and overall service were so dialed in that my water glass never had a chance to get lonely.
