I've eaten here a few times when I was working in the area and never had an issue. Yesterday, however, I had a rather poor experience when I dined in.

I ordered the Ham & Avocado Banh Mi at the kiosk, and after I paid, the girl at the counter told me they didn't have any more avocado. Lame. OK, so I got the Cold-Cut Pate since it's the same price.

I started eating my sandwich when I discovered it didn't have any shredded carrots and daikon. The girl at the counter was busy with customers, so I went to the back to ask about it, and the girl there said they didn't have any more. Then she just gave me this snarky look and smile.

What kind of banh mi place doesn't have one of the key ingredients of a banh mi sandwich?!

And this was about dinner time. What's worse is that they expected me to accept this AFTER I paid the full price for my food. That's so unprofessional and idiotic. Granted, I asked for and received compensation for the inconvenience, but I've never had a restaurant try to shortchange me as badly as this place did.

I wish I got the young woman’s name that helped me today, but she was so nice and helpful! It was my first time getting food from here and it absolutely won’t be the last because the customer service and the food is top tier!

Great ramen and broth choices. Nothing fancy, but good, hot and fresh. Dine in, or grab and go. Vegan possible.

The food felt like a hug after a long day. I got a pork belly banh mi, mozzarella sticks, and strawberry boba tea. The portions were generous and everything was so tasty!

Why is the sandwich $15 and mid? Workers are nice but this is the furthest from authentic banh mi. If you’re gonna charge this much at least make it authentic. I think jersey mikes could do better and I’ve never even been there.

The sandwich was just okay. I had a miso tofu sandwich with avocado. I barely got a slice of avocado in my sandwich. But the worst thing is I paid $17 for the sandwich. I don't think I'll come back to this place.

The place is very clean and cozy. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
We tried the crispy pork belly rice and grilled chicken vermicelli — both were delicious!
The pork belly was perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside, while the chicken paired really well with the pickled carrots and daikon.
Rice and noodles were fresh, and the cucumber added a nice crunch.
Good portion, fair price — definitely worth coming back!

Walked in and placed an order on Sunday 6/15 at 1:03pm for 3 sandwiches and they weren’t ready until 1:34pm. Service was so slow and nobody seemed to care at all. It seemed like somebody even left at one point to go on a break. Sandwiches were mid as hell - for the price of $13 nothing special. Lemongrass chicken was just more of a grilled chicken. No flavor. Overall go up to Milpitas and get something better for cheaper. Apparently it’ll take the same time.

We ordered both banh mi lemongrass chicken and Korean beef yesterday. The lemongrass tasted nice. It was well done. The Korean beef was not good. It had a terrible after taste and was coated in a white cream type substance. We threw away the second sandwich because it was not edible.
