We love Birk's - it has the best steak in the area. My favorite is the filet mignon, my husband loves the prime rib and my son loves the lamb chops. It is a great place for large parties and families, but as a consequence it can come off as crowded and noisy, so I would not go here for a romantic date. I love the creme brulee but the lava cakes were a bit cold.

this is the first time we are visiting here, the steak is ok but definitely needs to improve the service. the waiter should serve us had some helper to cover our table, while that guy keep asking us “Are u done” and wanted to take aways dishes w/o confirm. even we told him we are not finished, he came again and again, asked 3times in 5min, he really wanted us to go away. giving my friends very uncomfortable experience. we asked the waiter but he didn’t feel any wrong and think it’s normal behavior to check out, i want to see what will u feel if ppl keep asking “Are u Done?” while u are still enjoying the dinner .

Was trying to decide where to go for my birthday as we always go out for my birthday or special occasion and get prime rib we’ve been to Sundance, Alexander’s and the house of prime however, never been to Birks so we decided to give it a try… we are so glad we did it by far is the best prime rib that we’ve had at all the places so far it’s got such a unique smoky flavour to it from them cooking it over mesquite, cedar and almond wood… are you prime rib lovers? If yes you have to give this place a try and I believe they even have prime rib specials on Monday. The other items that we really enjoyed was the brussels sprouts and creamed spinach… I don’t normally do cream spinach however theres was amazing. I will be coming back just for those along with the melt in your mouth prime rib. When you go to yelp review Birk’s is a little further down the list, but coming from a guy who knows prime rib it should be towards the top of the list when it comes to prime rib in the Bay Area…
Parking: Parking around back there is all kinds of parking and it’s free and it has a security robot to keep an eye on things with cameras

Birk's doesn't disappoint! My team recently took me back for a surprise birthday dinner, which was fabulous. The food choices are awesome! The wine selection is even better!!
