Pedro's was a nice, very large Mexican restaurant. I was there with a large group so I can't speak to the full menu but the service was great. They were on everything and willing to accommodate and adjust to any food allergies. The food that I had was good, fresh and flavorful.
Delicious food. We went during the week and it was the best option, because they served us super quickly. The Tortilla Soup is a delight. The desserts are delicious, the fried ice cream (snow) delicious! Beautiful place and decoration. A little expensive, but it is worth the place, it is not a conventional taqueria, it is a special place for its decoration and they go out of their way to provide attention. Recommended !

This is a full service restaurant, thus qualified for a full 5 star.I was pleasantly surprised from water, through chips n salsa, to final Colorado dish, that literally melted in my mouth as posted by another patron.I highly recommend you experience the food and service in a surrounding that was pleasant to view.Parking: Like a hotel.Kid-friendliness: Plenty for kids to look at.Wheelchair accessibility: Limited to 1st floor.
