Suzy and her team are so hospitable and the food is delicious! Her passion for food shows from when you step foot into her shop and when eating her food during the week. Worth checking out this women owned business!
I stopped in today to get a healthy lunch. The owner was working and was so inviting and nice. She explained how everything worked and then I ordered. The food was delicious and fresh! I also grabbed a pineapple agua fresca which was so refreshing.

I was looking for a meal prep place and found Bizzy Fit Meals. Honestly, I was on the go, and the other places nearby were requiring me to sit down and select the various meal options which I did not have time for.
Upon walking in, I was greeted with a friendly smile by who I believe to be the owner. I let her know that I was unfamiliar with her store as it was my first time visiting. I found her to be very helpful and friendly throughout our interaction.
