We got two breakfast burritos so we didn’t really get to try a lot of the menu. For 2 Togo breakfast burritos it was like $50 and the taste wasn’t for me personally.

This spot absolutely slaps. We got a couple seats at the bar quickly, and had tremendous service from Alejandro. He’s a beast behind the bar. Providing top notch service for the guests seated there, while also handling countless different cocktails and breakfast beverages. The duck fat potatoes are unreal, so are the steak Benedict and croissant sandwich. I wish I lived in San Jose so I could go here every weekend.

We went here for the first-time fir a brunch and ordered veggie sandwiches, franchisee toast, churro waffle, Brussel sprouts, seasoned potatoes and hot chocolate.
I would highly recommend their croissant veggie sandwiches if you like some heat/mild spice, French toast was as delicious as it looks and the waffle was also great..
My recommendation is order these in the order above..

we went there for lunch and had breakfast lots of good options. I had the sweet potato Shishido hash. I came with two poached eggs and I ordered the house potatoes which were super yummy and garlic probably should’ve ordered double potatoes, but it was good and I also came with some toast some breadand some delicious jam

My bf and I went to Bloom for brunch and sat outside. Good thing there were heat lamps and honestly, the atmosphere felt more peaceful outside. Our server Nicholas was very attentive to us and checked in on how we were doing often. Our food arrived fast! I got the shishito hash and my bf had the steak and eggs. We were not expecting huge portions! The brussel sprouts and fresh OJ was also delicious. Overall we really enjoyed our time, food and service at Bloom.
