The ambiance and service here is top notch and we really enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately the food was just a little bland and the Chorizo Benedict tasted much more like a tomato sauce than chorizo but the chilaquiles were very good. The drink menu was the best part with great bloody Marys and non alcoholic options.

The food was amazing! Just a couple of things could have been smoother - we would have loved coffee refills, and the check came before we requested it. Also, the outdoor utensils could have been cleaner.

Dang cute. Great food yet noisy. Got there when it opened and there was an instant line! Loved the garden and egg scramble. Good portion but still prefer Sweet Maple.

Ordered crab Benedict. Nice presentation. At 28 bucks, I'm gonna whine a little. The bagel beneath... it was toasted on one side, ever so briefly. No butter. It was very spongy. The tasty potatoes cried out for gravy, yet there wasn't any. What will I tell the children? Also, is there a supply chain disruption affecting hollandaise ? I consider it part of the Gravy food group, so yeah. Crab was fresh.

BloomWeekend is a good day to get up before midnight, so let’s go have brunch. Bloom only does brunch. It is closed on two days a week. The opening hours are only 8:00~2:30, and it does not accept reservations. We arrived before noon and saw that the door was packed with people. We were told that we would have to wait for about an hour. Although the winter sun was very warm, it was still quite chilly once the clouds covered the sun. We chatted and approached the patio heater. After about an hour and 20 minutes, we finally got a seat.I ordered California bene (it took me a long time to guess that bene is the abbreviation of egg benedict, and the abbreviation is becoming more and more nonsense now). The coffee was a bit too burnt, and it was really not as good as the standard at my nephew's home. After a while, California benedict came, a big plate. For breakfast in the restaurant, I often order egg benedict. The Cali bene here is not made with English muffins, but is made from harder whole-wheat bread, with applewood smoked bacon, a lot of tomatoes and avocado to add lubrication, and the top is very cooked. Good half-boiled eggs, then topped with a generous amount of hollandaise sauce, allowing the egg yolk to slowly flow down, very delicious. There were tons of potatoes on the side, too much to finish. In addition, we ordered chicken waffles for everyone. They were sweet and salty, and they were eaten as dessert.Breakfast is mostly completed in a hurry, and it seems to be a little less fun. It is fun to be lazy every now and then.

Everything was going great. We sat at the bar and food tasted great drinks were delicious. One major disappointment which made me give this place one star was when bar tender was rude and told us that there was someone who had been waiting an hour to sit at the counter. Mind you we had just paid an our coffee cups where still full. Needless to say we were already enjoying our coffee and weren’t even done with it. We were seated at 1145 ordered food by 12 and had our food served to us by 1230. Bartender made that comment to us at 1pm. I really was hoping to have a great experience at this place. But we didn’t even finish our coffee because we felt so uncomfortable afterwards and left.

Drinks were very good but the food was disappointing. We got chicken and waffles, the Spanish bene and the croissant sandwich. Out of these, the sandwich was the only decent option one could enjoy.

Atmosphere was great, one of the more lively places for brunch in the area. The drinks were amazing! Shout to to the bartender Tony I think was his name. They have great cocktails and the food was delicious! I hade the steak and eggs everything was prepared how I requested. Service was fast and concise. I will definitely be coming here again.
