This place is so beautiful and so so good, the mango milk was just perfect and the cloudy dragonfruit was perfectly balanced. Waffle was done perfectly. The glassware alone should have this place blowing up, I’m def a new lifelong fan.

My oreo matcha drink came with a LOT of ice (there was no option to adjust ice or sugar level), so the drink was heavily watered down and every sip was crunching ice more chunky than a slushie. Otherwise the drink was decent. Decor and drink selection more than makes up for the drink quality, which is not bad but doesn’t stand out.
Seating - not much seating, no tables, only 1 counter area against the window. Probably has 6 stools total against the counter.

My recent visit to Boba Pup in Santa Clara left me with a mixed bag of emotions. The concept of serving boba in glass bottles initially intrigued me, as it seemed eco-friendly and trendy. However, this novel approach came with its limitations. The standard glass bottle size offered little flexibility for customers who might prefer a smaller or larger serving. I often find myself somewhere between wanting just a taste and needing a full drink to satisfy my craving, but here, I was stuck with a one-size-fits-all option. This lack of accommodation was fairly disappointing, as it didn't allow for the customization that is a staple at most other boba establishments.
The service at Boba Pup unfortunately did little to improve my experience. I walked in with the expectation of a welcoming atmosphere but was met with a surprisingly cold reception. The staff seemed hurried and disinterested, making the entire ordering process feel rushed and impersonal. I attempted to ask a couple of questions about the menu, but my inquiries were met with terse, almost dismissive responses. This harsh service made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer, casting a shadow over what should have been an enjoyable visit. Service quality plays a crucial role in the overall dining experience, and Boba Pup fell short in this regard.
When it came to the actual product, the boba itself was unfortunately just average. Neither particularly bad nor exceptionally good, it landed squarely in the middle of the flavor spectrum. The pearls had the right chewiness but lacked any distinctive taste that might set them apart from other boba spots. The milk tea was also only satisfactory, missing the creamy richness and robust tea flavor that makes boba beverages so delightful. Combined with the rigid cup size and less-than-inviting service, the mid-tasting boba left me feeling that my experience at Boba Pup was just okay, rather than the delightful treat I had hoped for.
Dietary restrictions: Again, not ideal but they do make their drinks with a lot of milk… so plan accordingly.

The yogurt drink is soooo good! It reminds me of panda yogurt in Seattle!! The drink is sweet but tangy.
The place also allows you to reuse your clean cup so you don’t have to purchase a new one each time. They have cute designs and are not advertised as dishwasher safe. There’s also a shelf of cups you can choose from.
But one time I ordered the coconut mango drink and that was not my cup of tea :(
We come back when we need a refreshing drink!

Finally! After seeing this place on Instagram I was finally able to go. I live 50 minutes away so it took awhile deciding to finally go. The atmosphere was a little disappointing for the drive. It’s very small. There’s only a little counter space with chairs. Not a recommended place to sit and chat with a friend. The corgi merch was so cute!! I’m so glad I came before the Wolverine Deadpool merch was gone, their last day is this Friday! I saw the sign to hand wash with cold water. I like that they recommend reviewing the jars and make sure there’s no scratch before they give it to you.
I got the mango passion fruit. I did 50% sweet because I don’t care for too sweet, but it was still a little too sweet for me, but it goes from 0-50%. I think I’ll do 0% next time

Tried their strawberry oat milk (one of their recommended drink) -4/5. Cute shop and also they have concept of stickers on reusable glass tumblers which is a nice thought to avoid plastic.Coming to parking they have free parking space but on weekends its difficult to find one
