Cafe Big Mug is a decent cafe but not particularly standout versus its competitors. To start with the drinks, they have usually been fine. The default espresso seems to lean acidic or lighter roast. The one highlight is the Mont Blanc, which I believe is cold brew with a sweet cream foam topping. The combination works well and is more refreshing than you might expect. As far as food, I've tried a few toasts, which are also fine but maybe overpriced for what you're getting.

The WiFi and bathroom code is given to customers on the bottom of the receipt, so purchase is required. Internet speed is good enough, but not great if you need fast upload. (they have Xfinity, but their building doesn't offer their next-gen speeds with faster uploads yet) There is also xfinitywifi if you are an Xfinity customer, which can be helpful if the cafe wifi is down. (which from my experience and another reviewer, might be a reoccurring issue)

I really like this little independent coffee shop. It's a quiet place for study or conversation. The coffee is good, and they have other tasty options like smoothies and lemonade. They also have pastries and some fairly substantial food offerings such as avocado toast, thick, garlic bread with or without cheese, and more.
