Apparently they close at 9:10 and not their posted times. Like why even leave the doors open.

I followed up with CPK to share the details after several back and forth rounds to actually speak to the manager that was requesting to talk to me. I shared my story, In the end this never felt resolved with zero interest in trying to bring us back a second time. Don't bother requesting me to follow up again with someone else. I have no interest in returning. That's how sour this was. Even the follow up of the back and forth was a hassle.

We headed over to this place after church. We had gotten gifted a card. We were all pretty excited given it was our first time at a California pizza kitchen. As we walk in the place is decent looking we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was prompt, professional and very attentive from
Start to finish. But, here we go for what we were actually there for the food! Okay, the pizza was nothing special undercooked dough flavorless sauce. I ordered the zucchini shrimp scampi oh boy avoid this flavorless dish. My very few noodles were swimming in water/broth. Not one pinch of flavor I litteraly couldn’t eat it. My kids didn’t like the Mac n cheese again no flavor. My husband got the garlic fettuccine with shrimp it was okay but the pasta was so undercooked not Al-dente but rather raw. We definitely will not be returning. They should look in to the recipes again and taste them and they’ll see what many of us as customers are eating.

Service is slow.
We were seated for 10 minutes and no one came to help with our order.
We had to go into the kitchen to ask for an additional serving of bread.
All this when the restaurant was half empty.
Food is good. Fettuccine and Spaghetti pasta was delicious.

No one greeted us when we walked in to the restaurant around 5 pm, so we walked to the dining area to find someone, stood there for a few minutes and finally someone popped out to ask us how many people.

We had to look at 3 dirty menus, especially my son’s which had a wet, sticky flattened straw packaging inside the menu, each page was sticky, like someone had spilled the food on each page. I had to ask the waitress to give us clean menus, but every page was still sticky!

The utensils were not fully wrapped inside the big napkins, they all inevitably touched the sticky, not very clean tables. I had to take the forks to the restroom to wash them before using them to eat.

We couldn’t find our waitress after we were ready to pay the bill. We had to walk to the front desk to pay. They need to hire more people to service their guests!

Ordered 2 pizzas, not bad, but the portion of the Chicken Tequila Fettuccine was small, three people could have only 2-3 bites. The waitress only served us 4 tiny pieces of bread, each piece was one bite only.

Not that expensive compared to other restaurants, but I’ll choose Olive Garden next time.

When I first entered this California Pizza Kitchen, I was expecting good main dishes and delicious starters, as well as good service. However, this location fell very short of our expectations. The spicy buffalo cauliflower was delicious, but we only got about 8 pieces of cauliflower. The star of the starters was the White Corn Nachos. However, when we got to the mains, we were very disappointed. The Zucchini Scampi with Shrimp was so bland and all I could taste was lemon. The shrimp smelled old and portion was very small for $20. The thai chicken pizza was average and the cheese tasted of poor quality. On the bright side, a sparkling mango drink we got was good. Service wasn’t up to standard and the server forgot our complimentary sourdough bread and oil.

Went in for an advertised menu item. I received a marketing email about it being the last weekend for Mikes hot honey pizza. I invited my colleagues to come too.

Get there, we place an order 2 mikes hot honey pizza. The server comes back 5 minutes later and says they are not available. I asked for a manager. She comes and says they have the ingredients but it would take too long to prep the items. When I told her why I specifically came for she said “I didn’t email you, corporate did”. She was being nasty and nonchalant for no reason.

That’s a horrible way to treat customers that came because of the company’s marketing. The marketing was great, it got us there. Waiter was great, he’s a cool young man. Management is sloppy, unorganized, and condescending. The manager specifically made the experience bad.

My annoyance isn’t because of the pizza at this point, I ordered something else because it too late to go elsewhere. My annoyance isn’t the arrogance, and rude remarks by the manager.

Do not come to this one!!!

The service was ok. The bar tender was very nice and down to earth. Food was ok. Could use a little seasoning lol. I got pasta(garlic Alfredo with chicken and mushrooms)The complementary bread was literally two slices for myself and my friend? which I found very funny. Other than that it was ok. Nothing to write home
about. Also that was my first time visiting this restaurant.

CPK is my favorite restaurant, hands down! This location is also my fav location of them all. If you're looking for a delicious meal, I recommend the garlic cream on fusilli noodles with shaved parmesan cheese on top....chefs kiss!

Food was okay. It's what I expect out of CPK. We were a little sad about the amount of bread we got in the beginning. They gave us 3 half pieces of bread for the two of us. But also gave us a full plate of olive oil. We did sit outside and we're the only ones outside. So maybe that's why they tend to forget about us.

Parking: Follow the retail parking signs so you can park in the covered garage, otherwise you might wait forever for the outdoor parking outside of CPK

Doesn’t know that the Mac in Mac and cheese stands for macaroni.
