Pizza and Pasta were serve almost cold. The quality of food and service has declined. They always forget to bring large individual plates to share pizza and pasta. Too pricey for the level of quality.

Just wrapped up two delicious pizzas. The Burrata pizza and Tostada pizza and we couldn't be happier. The pizzas were flavorful, well portioned, well balanced, and overall even better than expected. Would definitely come back for either pizza.

Very surprising to see this location at 4 stars average, not sure if they are boosting ratings by paying. The food is ok, nothing great or out of ordinary. In the pizzas they add decent quality and quantity toppings. The cauliflower is over dressed squirted with sauces, you can clearly find the guacamole is old and stale with black coloring on avocado, extremely salty and sweet drowsed taco.

My god the service is terrible, you’ll be scammed if you aren’t careful at this place. From the table allocation to getting out with check it feels like they are doing us a favor when we spend over $150, seriously?

Other than dropping in Google reviews, the response is we need to go to specific link and complain about the same?

The most arrogant rude front of service by Ale and another lady. We had a baby and they refused to seat us with excuse that 5 isn’t allowed on booth. Then they gave a family table to someone who just came in after we waited for 30 min. The Ale guy and girl spoke among themselves and allocated a table next to bar when we had a baby. The food was terrible.

Since last we had been there, they have added some vegetarian friendly items and were tasty. Love their salads and portion sizes. A couple more vegetarian choices would make it a 5*.

Vegetarian options: They can also make some of the vegetarian items by swapping out meats.

Parking: Parking is free for the first two hours.

Went for dinner on a weekday. Lot of empty seating. It took around 5-6 min to get the attention of someone to seat us. Another 5 min for someone to take our order. Menu has quite a few vegetarian options. We ordered couple pizzas, and shishito peppers. Tortilla soup was not available at the time. The order took forever to come. We were waiting for almost 15 min and when asked for more bread in the meantime (which I would say is delicious), it was not brought to table.
Went with our 2 boys who were extremely hungry. So I was disappointed that they did not give more bread when requested. Order was talking to long. Pizzas were good. Peppers were very salty. The only taste in them was of soy sauce.
Overall, I will still go back for their food, but the service needs serious work.

The only reason for visiting this place is the good food. But, lately the staff here make you feel like they are doing free service for you or they are paying for your meal. We saw they denied multiple people for service in spite of tables being empty, telling them only high table is available, on basis of what nobody knows. It used to be a good place, not sure what changed that it has reached such pathetic state. Food still is good but one will have to put up with absolutely horrible service - waiters making faces, not serving on time, not even handing the check on time. I hope this review is taken seriously and the customers are treated well.

The worst part was that both the salad and the pizza were overly salty—it was impossible to eat. The pizza was also extremely greasy.

I tried to book a kids birthday party with this location by sending 3 online inquiries, called them 5 times and even stopped for a visit once when above mentioned methods were not successful, but still without luck. No one replied any of my online inquiries, and the call never gets connected. The time I visited them and left my info with the front desk, they promised the manager will call me to set everything but I never receive any call. I don’t know if it’s this locations problem or the overall management of CPK? If you don’t want to host kids party don’t say it on your website. I feel very disappointed with my experience with CPK of no response because there’re so many good reviews of having a kids party here.

Food was good. However, service can be better and more prompt.

Parking: Need to use the parking garage of the mall. I believe it is free for the first 2 hours.
