So I go to Carl's Jr all over the place. This place the food was the same. I like it. The service was a little odd I had to repeat my order several times for the person to understand what I wanted. And lastly though, the one that got me is the bathroom is just filthy. It's probably the easiest thing that they could do is keep a bathroom clean. But you could see that not only was it dirty from recent use and customer abuse. But it also hadn't been sanitized probably weeks maybe months The urinal was just grimy like at a poorly run down gas station.
But that said the new loaded fries were wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I went through the drive thru during my lunch hour. Service was quick, but I was disappointed with my order....as I ordered an Angus burger, which tasted like a plain, single patty burger. Not happy with the burger. The chocolate cake was delicious and moist! Yum!

Went for the 2 for 7 meal deal, chicken nuggets and spicy chicken. Immediately felt sick afterwards. Headache, fever, nausea, bloating, basically food poisoning. Be careful where you eat.
I was very clear at the drive-through and said what I wanted. They decided to upsell and charge me for something that I didn't ask for. When I tried to talk to the guy, he walked away! Fortunately, I didn't give them my cash yet and just drove away.
