Note that we did not move forward with Greenfish as our caterer but just wanted to provide insight on the process that we went through.We initially sent out an e-mail to inquire availability for our wedding date and sample options and pricing. Greenfish responded about a week later which makes sense to me as I expect that most caterers are busy working to prepare for their current week's events. They are amazing! Their sushi was delicious and presentable! We had an after wedding party, and didn't want to pick up food, so we did delivery catering. Mina is super helpful and great at communicating with me. I was scared at first since I never tried their sushi but I'm sooo glad I trusted my gut and reached out. Everyone loved it!
