The French fries, hamburger patties, and crispy chicken were all dry due to lack of moisture. The ingredients don't feel fresh, but it's still edible. It's more edible than delicious. Considering that each menu costs about 16 to 20 dollars, the taste becomes even more disappointing. Probably won't come again.

The waitress threw our plate away after telling us I was missing shrimp. The service was terrible.

We usually go to the Chili’s on Coleman, but decided to try the El Camino location last night— and I can safely say we will not return to the El Camino site in the future.
The person that seated us didn’t so much as even say a “hello”— they silently walked us to our table & immediately walked away. I understand this is casual dining, but to not even say 1 word, was very off-putting.
We sat for several minutes, waiting for a server to take our order & no one came. The server then handed us utensils & said they’d be back, but they did not come back.
The part that really bothered us was seeing another couple get seated after us, yet their order was taken before ours.
We don’t mind waiting a few minutes at a restaurant— but where the insult comes in is when someone that comes in after us, is taken care of before us. Because of this, we decided to just get up & leave.
Chili’s on Coleman is always speedy & helpful! El Camino should take notes from them.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any chili's. The servers need to not judge a book by its cover. I ordered two different drinks for myself, only got one straw, both glasses were full to the top with ice. When I placed my order, the waiter suggested I do something different as it would be more affordable. My entire basket of chips was nothing more than crumbs. My main dish was an extremely small portion compared to any other chili's restaurant that I have gone to. Once I was done with my meal, I placed a $100.00 bill on my table and waited for 33 minutes for the server to stop at my table. I heard him ask 4 other tables if they were interested in desert, then proceeded to walk passed my table never asking if I was interested in desert. Such poor service for someone who just got off of work that wasn't in their best outfit. I will NEVER visit this location again. Too bad since I usually go at least once every other week.

Just came to this chilis, to order margaritas and the manger here told us that our IDs were fake because they were out of state. I tried to give her my military ID and she said that they couldn’t take Military IDs to serve us drinks. I have had the same ID for ten years and my military ID for 5 years. The staff needs to be educated and needs more training.

I had the three for me. With iced tea, chicken tortilla soup as the appetizer, and the Smashburger for the entree. The soup was absolutely fantastic, and the burger was solid. Iced tea is iced tea. Service was good trending towards very good actually.

Very good. Chips were fresh and crispy, queso meat dip was zesty, mac n cheese was on point, salad was great.

Fairly busy on Tuesday evening but enough seating area.
They have limited options for beers on tap and canned. They have standard cocktails. The LIIT was not like it supposed to be. It was sweet and made in lemonade.
The food was okay. The wings were not that good and fries got soggy with cheese on top of it.

We went for dinner last friday around 7pm, When we arrived and was waiting to be seated one of thr working lady came and told us we need to wait for 10 to 15 mins while there were a lot of unreserved tables available and another family who came after us and did not have a reservation were seated ahead of us. The lady just informed and walked away, unaware of of this there was another person who was sweet and found a table immediately. All this happened in a matter of minutes. The first lady whom I interacted with did not even want to attend to us. We were very surprised that they did not even have plates to serve us even after repeated requests.no reasons provided. Even for our drinks, we were not provided straws and had to follow up several times. I felt racism was in play. I have visited chili's at many locations and even this location many times, but this time around, it was a different experience. I'm not sure if I will visit this location again. Normally, I don't give a negative review until it is really bad. You can figure it out based on my other reviews about other places. I consciously avoided names. If they read this review, they know who they are, and i am hoping they will change.
