Chipotle Mexican Grill

I visited Chipotle in Westfield for the first time and had a disappointing experience. After standing in a long queue, the person serving didn’t attend to me and instead asked me to go back and wait in line again. This was a complete waste of time and showed a lack of proper customer service. First-time customers deserve better treatment and a smoother experience.

Food quantity has dropped drastically and the counter ppl shamelessly look at you like it's ok as they slather small amount of everything into the burrito bowl. Customer behind me started yelling at them when seeing how little of a portion I was getting =)
I dont want to blame them; it's most likely mgmt directive, but it's a soulless experience and I'll never go back.
Lost me as a customer.

Extremely slow serving food. One person serving food with a long line. And a couple employees are floating around doing some minimum “cleaning” works and quickly absent. Worst managed food court ever seen.

6-7 people working here but only one person dealing with customers even when the queue is long at peak weekend hours. Poor and delayed service

I didn't want to write a review until I've tried it multiple times. Recently (last year or so) I noticed the significant reduction in their protein portions. It is getting ridiculous. Last time I ordered the chicken and I swear it was almost like a spoonful of chicken. That's it. Crazy. You pay about $13 and get nothing but a spoon of chicken and some rice and beans. You will loose your business if you continue to be this greedy.

Worst customer service ever and manager Nathan tsang didn't even know how to refund trying charge me a little portion chicken for 4 dollars for 2 little chicken pieces

This place is extremely ugly, every time I go here they are out of one of the ingredients. Once they did not had corn, other time they were out of sourr cream. All my 3 visits I experienced they were out of veggies which is extremely bad for people who are vegetarian. The first time I purchased from here they served me uncooked rice and after letting the managers know they just refunded and no sorry or explanation from them.

Hygiene standards are zero they don’t wear gloves while handling food, doesn’t talk about rewards or scan them properly.

I work at the mall and have purchased food here for lunch 3 times, the service was extremely ugly. Spoiling such a great brand name.

Slow service. Told me they would charge me for double MEAT if I added vegetables. And would only get half meat. Told them never mind because that is bizarre. Still had an extremely small portion of meat. Asked him if that was it because that was a small child portion and he added a couple more pieces. That was after a very small serving of rice but I let that go. I’m not sure what happened to their serving sizes and service

Short on stock and slow service, since is in a food court inside the mall there’s plenty of seating. They don’t have lemons/limes anymore.

They turned 2 kids meals and 3 tacos into rocket science. It was diddicult to watch the struggle honestly.
