My drinks were ready but no notice and there’re 3 staff have eye contact with me within the 10 mins I’m standing in front my order without asking or welcoming. Please just take the order directly without asking, otherwise you’ll waste 10+ min :)
Good tea.
Tried the passionfruit green tea (no added sugar) and it tasted terrible. They don't use any fresh fruit. It had a plastic flavor and there was no fruit flavor at all.
They have some of the tastiest bubble teas in South Bay. My favorite is their Lemon King. If you like it sour like I do, order zero sugar.
I immediately got sick after having this drink today. It took 15 minutes to feel weird and I got sick. The milk must have been bad because it also smelled weird. This has ruined boboa for me.
It took too long to make our order
Wish the employees said words. Walked in the empty store, said hi (no response) ordered on the iPad (they just stood there in silence) made my drink and put it on the counter. They did not call out my name and I was on my phone distracted so my order sat there for a few minutes before I noticed. Went to the counter, asked if this was mine (no response again) and turned the cup around. It was mine!
Not sure if the employees are under a gag order, but very excited to not go there again.
Free WiFi, vegan milks, tablets to browse options and place an order, friendly staff!
When placing an order on tablet it prompts you to various questions like level of sweetness and amount of ICE you want (I don’t like when my cup is full of ice and not much of actual drink I pay for).
It's pretty decent, nothing really stands out but it has its own variety.
Pricing was fair too so worth a try if your looking for drinks at the mall.

pretty good Coco. Not as good as Taiwan, of course but drinks are made pretty quickly and all of I mean most of the workers speak Mandarin, which makes me feel more at home.
Typical favor from Taiwan. Highly recommend: 3 guys pearl milk tea and Jasmin tea brown sugar pearl milk tea!
