Hands down the best food & experience. I appreciated the amazing wine recommendation and stellar service from Haro. A5 waygu from Japan is an amazing treat. It was a nice touch for the manager, Kaydin, to take the time to walk me through the process so I may better appreciate the experience. Arturo capped off the wonderful experience. Service is just top notch.

Solid meal for a extensive steakhouse chain.

Cost to worth it rating: 3 (steaks ~$80)
Opentableable: yes
Return worthiness: yes

Highlights:
- Tyler: super friendly and professional, was bustling around the room and made our early father's day meal special by humoring my 80 year old dad.
- Overall staff: all very good. Guy who served us our food was carrying 5 plates on one arm--impressive.
- French onion soup cheesy with good flavor and portion of soup to bread and broth. 4.25 stars
- Onion rings: large bumpy breaded delights. 4.25 stars
- Bread: warm and fluffy white loaf always served with fun butters like cabernet red onion. 4.25
- Tomahawk: my hub and son's go to order at any steakhouse and this was a decent version for $140. 4 stars
- Creme brulee: solid version my dad enjoyed. 4 stars
- Corn brulee: like if a corn pudding and a creme brulee had a baby. Pretty tasty and enjoyed the burnt sugar crust. 4 stars
- Bone in rib eye: was cooked fine and decent quality. 3.75 stars.
- Crabcake: 2 pieces plump full of crab--no fillers. On top of a non-aioli sauce which I appreciated. 3.5 stars
- Shrimp: can add on the spicy bbq shrimp to your entree. Good sized. 3.5 stars
- Lobster bisque: good thickness with crab pieces on top. 3 stars
- Asparagus: basic and plain but good amount of spears. 3 stars
- Good wines by the glass and special local menu for our locations which is cool.
- Cocktails: served tableside for martinis doing the shaking and a smoked drink putting on a bit of a show.
- Dining room: very large space with high ceilings with semi circle booths around the edges and tables in the interior. Square tables can be expanded into circles for people like us who over-order.
- Bar area: lively with TVs and sometimes live music

Midlights:
- Flemings potatoes: used to be a go to like their version of cheesy scalloped potatoes with a bit more umph. This time the potato slices were underdone which took away from it. 3 stars
- Sauces not included for large format
- $35 corkage fee which is fine but some locations are less
- Unsure if they do happy hour--a while back they were one of the only locations that did not offer it

Lowlights:
- Parking lot: one of my least favorite lots in the area. So many places and not enough spots so it gets hectic and hard to find a space. $25 for valet which I think is insane.
- As wonderful as the staff is, there were a few lags in service. Most noticeable was over 20 minutes for our cocktails to arrive. Another when asked for bread and ketchup for onion rings.
- Never wrote me back on Open table messaging about taking OT awards cards

This is my 'go to' high end restaurant. The internet specials offer an entre to the elite dining experience. Their Friday 'social hour' menu and drink special has extended 4pm to closing at this location in Santa Clara. Another bonus instituted by management is live music performances.
Friday social hour offers a sampler menu of 4 prime beef sliders over 2 ounces each. $17. One order was enough to share for two or more. The charcuterie plate had more than ten selections including prosciutto, sausage, cheeses, olives, fruits. At $20 it was the largest selection of high quality specialty items you would expect from a prime steak house at a fraction of the price.
The social hour boasts cocktails and wine glass selections at $9. A great deal but so much more. As a wine lover the pinot noir offering was stunning. A flawless selection that had perfect balance, full flavor berry notes. One of the best!
To those looking for the full steak dinner, they offer Tomahawk Tuesday. 34 ounce sliced to share for 3-4 people including two salads, 2 sides, 2 desserts that can also be shared. At $170 it becomes a real bargain shared. You can also order 34 ounce Porterhouse.
Everything about this place speaks quality, service, and professionalism. As prices explode on the dining spectrum this management offers value and enticement of yearly event to a monthly inducement.

Finally made the time for Tomahawk Tuesday. My thanks to Chef Ryan Tong for the delicious and complimentary lobster tempura appetizer, which felt like an entree. And, great service my our waiter Peter, who knew when to check in on us to make it a special night (anniversary meal). Will definitely be back for another Tuesday.

This was my second time at Fleming's. The food was excellent, my favorites being the Australian wagyu and the chocolate lava cake. What really stood out this time was the service. Our servers Patrick and Ryan truly went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. They were super friendly, warm, and considerate.

Despite the wide choice of wine ,selected meat and plates I found very difficult talking with personnel and people at my table. Acoustics panels could help have a more comfortable experience..

We had a business dinner at this restaurant, and I wanted to ensure we had a fantastic meal for the best experience. It was a success! The service was exceptional—thank you, Tylor. The food was delicious, and although it was noisy initially, it became much better as people started to leave. They offer gluten-free options, which is very important, along with delicious drinks and food.
