Risotto was made with something else instead of Arborio rice which was not mentioned on the menu. It was brown and didn't taste like rice. I've never had a risotto that was not made with rice; I think the name risotto literally means rice dish in Italian. By the time we were ready for dessert, I think the restaurant got super busy. the dessert menu took a long time to come and our server took a long time to come take our order. And he never mentioned the Chocolate lava...

Enrique was our server for the past two birthday dinners we've celebrated at Fleming's and he's such a wonderful part of the waitstaff! He made the experience 1000x better each time. Very attentive, fast, and great on recommendations. We also had a young blonde woman who often stopped by to help a few times, very amazing and attentive as well, Thank you so much!! We loved this past experience and will definitely be back & will recommend Fleming's.

Celebrating two birthday dinners that did not disappoint. From first check in to final exit, the greeters, wait staff, and service staff, were all excellent. All were very polite, attentive, friendly, and quickly performed their duties. The food was delicious and very filling. The steaks were cooked as desired. Our birthday guests were first-timers and were very happily impressed. Thank you for making their birthdays memorable.
