Sincerely one of my favorite food trucks ever! The owners are the best and remembered me from their food truck pod visits in SF pre pandemic—finding when they’d visit nearby felt like a warm hug from family! Da Situation is my ultimate fav and their meats are -chefs kiss- — get that fried egg too! You won’t regret it!
I see Hula Truck at OTG all the time, but never tried them until today.I got Da Situation (with your choice of meat, in this case I got Kalua Pork). It's tater tots topped with onions, shredded cheese, peppers, and a mountain of meat! ($9.75) Ratio of pork to tots is on point.Often times when I get Kalua pork at places, the pork is really dry.
