The burgers are so small now, what happened?

They take an insanely long time to prepare the food—seriously, ages. I will never come back. It took them 40 minutes just to make a burger and fries. Even after receiving the SMS, I still didn't get my order for another 7 minutes. It's terrible.

I usually order takeout or delivery and because of this am rarely able to check my food before being miles away. That hasn’t been a problem until today. I don’t what happened but I paid for avocado I didn’t get and asked for them to remove the tomato, cheese and pickles from my burger. They only removed the cheese. I’m not sure what happened today but I find it difficult to be sympathetic when the receipt I received seems difficult to misread when making the burger.

Ordered the western burger with fries. I enjoyed the western burger a lot! Fries were decent, just remember to salt and pepper them yourself. At 12 dollars for burger and fries, it feels a little overpriced for the quality. Unfortunately, they also dont offer you barbecue sauce free of charge 😕 Place is also very loud inside, so if your are trying to have a good conversation it is better to go outside.

I’ve been coming here regularly and I really appreciate how well the quality is maintained. The place is always clean, and the quality of the burgers and side items is consistently good.

When I first started coming, I didn’t see mayonnaise next to the ketchup and assumed it had run out. Later, I asked it’s offered for an extra charge. It would be nice if mayonnaise were included as a free option.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and enjoy coming here.

The burger had very little flavor other than the sauce. The vegetables were decently fresh but not much flavor.

The burger was not memorable but I did enjoy the krinkle cut fries.

Restaurant is accepting online orders and Google hours show that it is open. They Charged the credit card and drove here but the building is closed. Very disappointing
